The Fourth LODRoadTran18 Consortium Meeting

The members of the LOD-RoadTran18 – Supporting the cross-border use of Road Traffic Data with Linked Open Data based on DATEX project held their fourth consortium meeting on 29. March. Due to the COVID crisis again online. During the meeting we reviewed the activities carried out so far and the steps to be completed until the fulfilment of the action during the second half of 2022.

Among the next steps, work will be done according to the Grant Agreement and includes the improvement and deployment of the LOD vocabulary and the semantic models and most importantly implementation of Linked Open Data Interface to Safety related Road Traffic and publication of the resource at Czech / Spanish NAPs as well as at the European data portal.

The Project #LODRoadTran18 continues its implementation to support the re-use of dynamic Road Traffic Data in and across the Czech Republic and Spain.

The project participants, coordinated by the Research Institute on Robotics and Information and Communications Technologies (IRTIC) of the University of València and LMT Group, are along with our company TamTam research also the Czech Technical University, Directorate-General for Traffic, Desidedatum Data Company S.L., ESAM Tecnología S.L. and the Polytechnic University of València.

The LOD-RoadTran18 that aims to support the re-use of dynamic Road Traffic Data in and across the Czech Republic and Spain is co-financed by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) (2018-EU-IA-0088) through the CEF Telecom programme.1
